Double room small at Hotel Lorensberg
Double room small are smaller rooms (14 m²) furnished with a Queen size bed (140-160 cm wide), comfortable pillows and freshly pressed sheets. Rooms are equipped with television, desk, 2 armchairs, a mini fridge, water kettle, coffee and tea, toilet and shower. The room rate includes buffet breakfast and WiFi.

Please book your approximate breakfast time at check-in. This is to decrease food waste and also to increase comfort in the breakfast room with fewer queues and available seats. - Outdoors
- Outside our glass veranda you will find our small terrace and garden. Here you can enjoy your breakfast during the summer months, if the weather applies.
- Parking
- Nine parking spaces are available on site. Reservation is needed and extra charges apply. Eight of our parking spaces have a charging station for electric cars, read more under 'About us/Parking'.
- Activities
- Sauna is open 1:00-10:00 PM. You can pre-book your sauna at the front desk. We have bicycles for our guests to loan during the summer months. The bikes are subject to availability.
- Services
- 24-hour front desk, business centre and conference area, photocopying, water station and free coffee/tea in the lobby.
- Luggage storage
- It is possible to store luggage before check-in and a few hours after check out. Please note that your luggage needs to be collected on the same day as you check out.
- Internet
- Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the hotel free of charge.
- Chromecast
- Chromecast is available in all guest rooms, so you can stream your favourite channels from your cell phone to the TV.
- Accessibility
- The hotel has an entrance floor and guest rooms in five floors. There are two smaller elevators in the hotel and a ramp entrance for strollers, rollators etc. There are thresholds in the house. The hotel is not handicapped-accessible but we can arrange a room with a wider doorway to the bathroom and an armrest and a stool in the bathroom (subject to availability). Please let us know if you need a non-slip bathroom mat to use in the shower, or if you need a higher toilet seat (subject to availability). There are, however, thresholds in every room. The hotel is completely down-free. Allergy cleaning can be arranged on request beforehand.

- Children/extra beds
- All children between 0 and 5 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. All children under 2 years are charged SEK 100 per baby cot per night. All older children (up to 17 years) are charged SEK 250 per night for extra beds. Max 1 extra bed/baby cot per rum (not in single rooms). Extra beds and baby cots are limited and have to be booked upon request before arrival. The surcharge for extra beds will always be paid upon arrival.

- VISA, Mastercard, American Express. We are a cash-free hotel.
- Payment
- Upon arrival with credit or debit card. You guarantee your reservation by card when the reservation is made.
Theatre packages, event dates and certain campaigns will be paid in full when the reservation is made. - Identity document and age limit
- You must show a valid ID upon request at check-in. If you are not a registered resident in Sweden you will need to fill out a registration form (according to the law). Minimum check-in age is 18. If you are under 18 years old, your legal guardians need to sign a consent form and send it by e-mail to the hotel before arrival.
- Non-smoking
- Non-smoking hotel (rooms and public areas). Smoking is also prohibited in our courtyard. Please be aware that smoking right outside the hotel entrance is prohibited by Swedish law. Please note that the use of e-cigarettes/vape also is prohibited.
- Pets
- No pets are allowed.
- Housekeeping
- You can choose between daily full cleaning or room check. We do not clean rooms/do room check when you as a guest is still in the room. With the “do not disturb” sign outside your door the room will not be cleaned. If you would like your room to be cleaned later, please contact the front desk. Our rooms can be cleaned upon request, until 1:00 p.m. at the latest. During longer stays, we will clean the room every fourth day at a minimum.
- Show consideration
- Be respectful and considerate of hotel employees, other guests and people staying at the hotel. Keep noise levels to a minimum, and after 10:00 PM, rooms and corridors should be quiet so that you don't disturb other guests. Threats, harassment and discrimination are not permitted.
- Safety
- The safety policy includes registration of all guests staying in a room. If we have not received all the names when the booking was made, we will ask you to complete your booking with the rest of the names at check-in.
- Visitors
- Visitors who do not stay in the hotel are not allowed in the hotel rooms. You are welcome to meet your visitors in the public lobby space.
- Crimes are reported
- All types of crimes (trafficking, prostitution, drug use, weapon possession etc) that takes place in the hotel will be reported to the police.
- Prohibited items
- It is not allowed to use laughing gas (nitrous oxide cartridges), or to light candles, gas stoves or electrical stoves in the hotel building.
- Damage
- If the room is left in a condition that requires sanitation or extra cleaning, we reserve the right to charge for the additional cost this entails.
- Cancellation
- Flex-rate: cancellation is free of charge until 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. Late cancellation or missing arrival will be charged the cost of the first night. Room nights cancelled after check-in are non-refundable.
